Yes, absolutely! We make every effort to ensure that all product images on our website accurately represent the actual item you’ll receive. However, please note that slight variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural differences in materials. Rest assured, the product specifications and quality will always match the description provided.
You can view and download your sales receipt from your account dashboard. Simply log in, go to the “Orders” or “My Purchases” section, select the order you want, and you’ll find the receipt or invoice available for download or print. You’ll also receive a copy of your sales receipt by email after your purchase is confirmed.
If you’d like to return an item, please follow these simple steps:
Go to your My Orders section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Click on Request Return and choose your reason for return.
Our team will review your request and share the pickup or return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed as per our return policy.
Note: Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the specified return period.
We regularly update our inventory and do our best to restock popular items. If a product is marked as “out of stock,” it may become available again soon. You can click the “Notify Me” or “Add to Wishlist” button (if available) to receive an alert as soon as the item is restocked.
Some limited-edition or seasonal products may not be restocked once sold out.
We currently ship orders across India. During checkout, simply enter your delivery address, and the available shipping options will be shown. If your location isn’t serviceable yet, you’ll see a message letting you know before placing the order.
